Bobby Deol opens up about playing negative characters!

Anil Kapoor and Ranbir Kapoor will also appear in Bobby Deol's upcoming film Animal, which is presently in production. Notably, Bobby explored a variety of genres after starting his career in 1995 with Barsaat, including drama and romance. In a number of films, like Love Hostel, he has played antagonistic parts. In a recent interview, Bobby discussed portraying sinister roles and said that after filming such roles, he would feel ashamed of himself.
In a recent interview with a daily, actor Bobby Deol discussed his experiences playing gloomy roles on the big screen and said that, although enjoying the process, it used to wear him down. “I used to be disgusted at myself after the shoot and consoled myself by saying that I was not that character, but just playing it, so it’s fine,” noted Deol. He went on to describe how he chooses to work on films that both interest him and inspire him. A film's box office result cannot be predicted, he added.
The actor's upcoming film, Animal, which will be released on December 1 and stars Ranbir Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna, and Triptii Dimri, has a promising cast.
