Randeep Hooda's Vulnerable Revelation: The Pain of a Lost Film!
Randeep Hooda, who is now well-known for playing the antagonist in Jaat with Sunny Deol, recently thought back on a major setback in his professional life. The actor revealed that he worked on a movie about the Battle of Saragarhi for three years. Regretfully, the project was abandoned following the premiere of Akshay Kumar's film Kesari. Hooda said, 'Woh picture ki filming bhi shuru ho gayi thi,' and disclosed that the cancelation had made him feel down.

Randeep Hooda revealed in a latest media chat that the decision to stop filming Battle of Saragarhi and never see the movie released was extremely distressing.

The Jaat actor clarified that he had been emotionally attached to the movie and had turned down important chances to remain faithful to the historical battle drama. Hooda said that Kesari was created shortly after, and that he felt it was done in bad taste because the film's production had started while his own was still in development.

The Kick actor went on to say that he felt degraded by Kesari's creators for moving forward with their project while he was already working on his own movie about the same topic. He disclosed that he had finished between 30 and 40 percent of his movie when it was suddenly put on hold.

Considering the circumstances, he said that the film was not finished because of the avarice of some people. He added that there were no other Sikh actors in the film, making him the lone Sikh cast member.

The 48-year-old actor revealed that he was totally dedicated to giving his Sikh role authenticity and nuance, hoping to depart from the shallow portrayals of previous movies.

Hooda stated that the spirit of the Sikh religion greatly influenced the project and that his concept for the movie was firmly anchored in Sikh ideals and feelings. He also disclosed that, as a sign of his commitment, he had taken an oath in front of the Guru Granth Sahib.

Randeep was so emotionally and spiritually committed to the film that he even declined a part in the Extraction sequel, demonstrating his dedication to the Battle of Saragarhi. He underlined this by stating that he had vowed before the Guru Granth Sahib.

The actor did, however, acknowledge that he was devastated by the movie's shelving. He freely admitted that the defeat had a significant emotional impact on him and that, after the project failed, he experienced a severe depressive episode.
